To ensure accountability and responsibility for the benefit of all residents, everyone, even if you do not have a pet or animal, is required to complete a third-party screening and review process prior to the execution of any residential lease. Please visit https://thebluffs.petscreening.com/ to create your profile. Management reserves the right of refusal of any animal. Prohibited Breeds: Pit Bulls, Pit Bull Terriers, American Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, Chows, Dobermans, Akitas, German Shepherds, Dalmatians, Mastiffs, Wolfs, Wolfdog Hybrid, Rhodesian Ridgeback or any mix of the above or animals with a predominant physical characteristics of one of the above. Aggressive behavior toward another pet or resident will be treated as a lease violation. Visiting pets are not permitted. Unauthorized pet fee of $800 per pet. A $100 fee will apply for failure to pick up after your pet of if your pet is not properly restrained on leash. No exotic animals allowed (snakes, insects, alligators, fish tanks etc).
Smoking is not permitted anywhere within the community.
